So I did the first day of the Jillian Micheals 6 week six pack thing….and uhmmm yea I thought I wud die while I was doing it. The first time through I just watched to see how hard it was and while watching Im thinkin psssh no problem I can do that

So then came the time to put up or shut so I put up….a good fight the first round and the second? Yea Im not going to lie I half assed thru that one smh. This morning though I could tell just 1 round or not that ish worked because I was so sore I rolled out of bed and layed there fell back to sleep then got up after about 5 minutes of just thinking about the best way to get up lmao


Sooooo on that note Im going to push myself harder today to do both rounds straight through and do zumba right after. Self torture? oh yea!!! But I can handle it Im no weenie. :)
